ALLENTOWN, Pa. — A woman is facing multiple felony charges in connection with a fatal wrong-way crash last year on the Pennsylvania Turnpike, the Lehigh County District Attorney's Office said Friday.
Onanyeli Rosario-Mesa, 25, of Allentown, has been charged with homicide by vehicle while driving under the influence, homicide by vehicle and related offenses, including involuntary manslaughter, reckless endangerment and DUI, according to District Attorney Gavin Holihan and Capt. Seth J. Kelly, the state police Troop M Commanding Officer.
An arrest warrant has been issued for Rosario-Mesa, who remains at large.

Authorities are asking anyone with information on her whereabouts to call 911.
The charges stem from a March 30, 2025, crash on Interstate 476 northbound at mile marker 67 in Washington Township.
Police said Rosario-Mesa was driving south in the northbound lanes when her vehicle struck multiple motorcyclists.
Witnesses called 911 to report the wrong-way driver, and investigators said video surveillance confirmed the vehicle was traveling against traffic and passing cars that had pulled over to avoid a collision.
One of the motorcyclists, John Sweeney Jr., 50, was pronounced dead at the scene. The Lehigh County Coroner’s Office said he died of blunt force injuries and ruled the death accidental.
Police said the crash involved three vehicles and left two motorcycles damaged, and endangered several others.
The case was investigated by Pennsylvania State Police Trooper Brian Hrycyszn and will be prosecuted by Chief Deputy District Attorney V. Paul Bernardino III.
